What is Spelt?
It is an ancient grain related to wheat.
It is water soluble and easier to digest then wheat.
Ingredients:
Molasses, spelt flour, whole cane sugar, invert syrup, licorice root powder, star anise oil, vegetable colour.

Contains gluten. Manufactured in equipment that is also used for the processing of products containing milk, soy and tree nuts.
