At Wagga Fruit Supply we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that fruit is a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. With almost 30 years of experience, we ensure only the freshest and highest quality fruit is hand-selected and bought each day. Unfortunately, once we dispatch our fruit a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced.

Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the fruit. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for fruit Only to guarantee the fruit quality in every case.

 

Three Day Return Policy

On average, the fruit should last between 2 and 5 days depending on the type of fruit. Should your fruit perish within 2 days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Wagga Fruit Supply will be happy to resend affected produce.  Wagga Fruit Supply reserves the right to request photos or images of the original fruit. Wagga Fruit Supply requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the fruit be communicated to Customer Service within 2 days of delivery.

To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original fruit. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh fruit to you if the original fruit is disposed of or images are unavailable.
