Lightly smoked over beech wood and seasoned with white pepper and ramson (wild garlic), FANGST has crafted a delicate, coastal flavour with a hint of forest freshness.
Wild-caught and ASC/MSC certified, the herring is preserved in cans for long shelf life, which helps reduce food waste. Aluminium cans are fully recyclable.
